LEAF/TREE ID CONTEST

GOAL: To correctly identify leaves found in nature from their pictures and/or direct observation.


Before the science week a display of several different leaves will be shown. Many of these leaves will be used in the contest. But not all leaves on display will necessarily be in the contest.


Students will report to 2 rooms, 20 at a time, students will have 30 seconds to identify each leaf shown. The leaves will have a number of basic arrangements.


RULES:
1. You get a point for every leaf you identify correctly up to a maximum of 15 points.
2. You work by yourself during the contest.
3. The contest is timed.
